CBG Signs Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village with First-Time Client
Garden-Style Community with Orchard Development Slated to Deliver November 2018

Slated for completion in November 2018, Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village consists of four two-story wood-framed, masonry buildings, each with interior corridors and elevators. A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will feature wood cabinets, EnergyStar® appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and WaterSense® certified plumbing fixtures. Amenities include a 3,000-square-foot detached clubhouse with pool, patio, open playfield and tot lot, leasing office, community and game rooms, package center, and yoga and fitness studios.
