CBG Completes Student Housing Community at University of Delaware
NEWARK, De.—CBG Building Company completed construction today on One Easton, a 220-unit student housing community within walking distance of the University of Delaware. The first podium project ever constructed in Newark, One Easton includes both above-ground and underground parking and a host of student-targeted features and amenities. The property is jointly owned by Pinecrest Partners and The Bainbridge Companies.
