CBG’s Rotation Program has been designed primarily for Project Engineers to accelerate training and development through exposure to various departments of the construction business. Throughout this approximately 24-month program, employees have the opportunity to complete rotations in Field Operations, Project Management, Preconstruction, and Virtual Design/BIM as they begin to map out their careers. An Assistant Project Executive is responsible for supporting the administrative and technical management of a construction project. As an Assistant Project Executive, you will work alongside the Project Executive to steer the project forward and ensure a quality project is completed within time, budget, and scope constraints.
Experience and Qualifications

Responsibilities
- Assist with the analysis of project requirements to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
- Review proposals for various scopes of work and award Subcontracts accordingly.
- Consult with clients, vendors, or construction personnel to analyze and formulate schedules and resolve issues.

Working alongside and learning from an experienced team of construction safety professionals, you will report to a Safety Manager or the Regional Safety Director. As an Assistant Safety Manager, you will coordinate all safety and risk reduction measures on multiple construction projects under the supervision of a senior safety professional.

- A bachelor’s degree in safety (or a related field) or a high school diploma with a minimum of three (3) years of experience in applying safety standards, regulations, and procedures for a general contractor, sub-contractor, related engineering, or environmental health and safety consulting firm.

- Maintain contact with owner’s representative and consultants, including participation in weekly owner progress meetings; maintain written correspondence to document items that may affect project budget, schedule, or product quality; publish monthly project executive summaries.
- Provide pricing and quantity surveys, as well as pricing for value engineering.

In this position, you will be accountable for producing quality work consistent with the standards outlined in the project’s contract documents and CBG standards. - Five (5) to seven (7) years of construction experience in a lead field supervisory role. Experience in multi-family construction is preferred.
