The Pierce Achieves Temporary Certificate of Occupancy

San Jose Luxury Apartment Community Turns Over Units and Amenity Spaces

SAN JOSE, Calif.—CBG Building Company achieved The Pierce's Temporary Certificate of Occupancy (TCO) today following successful turnover of half the community's units alongside the club room, indoor amphitheater, leasing office, and rooftop deck to owner Sares Regis. The Pierce will achieve its Certificate of Occupancy (CO) in December after turnover of the remaining 116 units and amenity spaces, which include a pool, fitness room, and self-service bike repair shop.

Featuring five floors of studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments, The Pierce will include 4,300 square feet of ground floor retail and a two-level parking garage. The LEED Silver mixed-use community is located within walking distance of multiple museums, restaurants, and nightlife options in San Jose's burgeoning downtown arts scene.
