CBG Signs Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village with First-Time Client
FREDERICKSBURG, Va.—CBG Building Company signed today the first phase of Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village, a 169-unit mixed-income community in Fredericksburg, Virginia, with new client, Orchard Development. The two-phase community is part of Jackson Village, a larger, long-term revitalization project that calls for up to 1,190 condominiums and townhouses, 695 apartments, and 385 age-restricted units.

Slated for completion in November 2018, Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village consists of four two-story wood-framed, masonry buildings, each with interior corridors and elevators. A variety of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units will feature wood cabinets, EnergyStar appliances, vinyl plank flooring, and WaterSense certified plumbing fixtures.
Amenities include a 3,000-square-foot detached clubhouse with pool, patio, open playfield and tot lot, leasing office, community and game rooms, package center, and yoga and fitness studios.

Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village is located on Route 1, just off I-95 South near Cosner's Corner shopping center, and a 15-minute drive from downtown Fredericksburg. Orchard Ridge's VHDA financing component marks this community as CBG's 48th mixed-income project.
