CBG Completes Luxury Community in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor
BALTIMORE, Md.—CBG Building Company achieved substantial completion today on Banner Hill Apartments in the Otterbein District of the city's Inner Harbor. Following August's delivery of amenity spaces and first-floor units, CBG overcame unique construction challenges to deliver the community to repeat client ZOM Living ahead of schedule.

Banner Hill's scope included expanding the parking it shares with a neighboring senior community and church. CBG ensured the garage remained open to the public throughout construction, overcoming the challenge by working within the constraints of the project's high-density location and collaborating closely with local patrons.

Banner Hill offers residents 349 studio, one-, and two-bedroom apartments with high-end features such as moveable kitchen islands and Nest thermostats. Upscale community amenities include an infinity pool, two courtyards, a sports simulation station, dog wash area, and lounge. This is CBG's second project for ZOM Living, accompanying a 203-unit luxury apartment community in Charlotte, NC, set to deliver in 2020.
