Varsity at College Park is a six-story mixed-use development that brings much-needed high-quality housing to the University of Maryland. A privatized student housing project, Varsity includes 258 rental apartments totaling 401,297 square feet with most featuring three or four bedrooms and bathrooms. Varsity also contains a partially elevated parking deck and 19,298 square feet of retail space. The property is ideally situated on Route 1, just north of the college's main entrance.

Varsity at College Park includes sustainable features that provide reduced heat island effect.
