The Varsity at University of Baltimore is an 11-story, 114-unit student housing project in downtown Baltimore at the corner of West Biddle Street and Maryland Avenue. The Varsity boasts 323 bedrooms in studios, 2-bedroom, and 4-bedroom pod-style apartments. These apartments, which feature granite countertops, engineered hardwood floors, and private bathrooms, span 10 stories atop a first floor with amenities tailored to students' needs. The Varsity is a mildly reinforced concrete structure with a brick and architectural precast concrete facade.

Building Green at Varsity at UB
The Varsity at University of Baltimore is the first CBG project to meet Baltimore City Green Build Standards, a code for sustainable construction adopted by the city in March 2011. Specifically, the project features Energy Star® rated air handling units and a green roof.
