Crimson Crossing
556-Bed Student Housing Community with Amenities
Crimson Crossing is a 556-bed, 149-unit student housing community located on the east side of the Florida Institute of Technology (Florida Tech) campus. The six-story building is constructed using a 3D proprietary light-gauge steel system technology comprised of cold-formed metal framing. Most units are apartment-style, featuring four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and full kitchens. In addition to two courtyards, residents have access to lounge and study spaces, a classroom area, a café, fitness facilities, and e-bike parking to encourage sustainable transportation.
