Landmark College Park is a privatized student housing community in College Park, Maryland, directly across from the University of Maryland's main entrance. With 843 beds across 283 units, the six-story building is composed of five wood-framed stories above a one-story podium, a two-level cast-in-place parking garage, and approximately 14,000 square feet of leasable retail space on the ground floor. The LEED® Gold property features amenities such as a fitness room, yoga studio, media room, tanning salon, multiple study areas, and three outdoor courtyards. The community's exterior facade incorporates modern architectural design with masonry, metal panel, fiber cement panels, and aluminum windows.

Landmark College Park achieved LEED® Gold certification and features energy-saving thermoplastic polyolefin (TPO) roofing to reduce the heat island effect, EnergyStar® appliances, LED lighting fixtures, air sealing of the exterior facade, California Corners framing efficiencies, and the use of environmentally preferred products such as HardiePanel vertical siding.
