m.flats and TEN.M is a two-building, 473-unit mixed-use community composed of five wood-framed stories above a one-story podium featuring 28,786 square feet of retail and restaurant space. Adjacent to The Metropolitan Downtown Columbia built by CBG, m.flats and TEN.M each include five stories of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units above precast parking garages. The amenity-rich, LEED® Silver community features several courtyards and pools, a state-of-the-art fitness center with golf simulator, bar area, and pet wash station alongside high-end apartment finishes like stainless steel appliances and quartzite countertops. m.flats and TEN.M is centrally located near the Merriweather Post Pavilion and The Mall in Columbia.
