472-Unit, LEED® Platinum Luxury Apartment Community with Retail

Marlow is a 472-unit luxury apartment community located near the Merriweather Post Pavilion venue in Columbia, MD. Marlow consists of five levels of wood framing over two levels of podium with 36,500 square feet of retail space on the first floor, a 591-space precast parking garage, and more than 11,000 square feet of amenity spaces including a seventh-floor Sky Lounge. Additional amenities include a courtyard with a swimming pool, poolside cabanas, three outdoor kitchen grilling areas, two outdoor fireplaces, an outdoor firepit, and multiple lounge areas. Marlow’s exterior features a complex façade of masonry, metal panels, fiber cement panels, and retail storefronts. Apartments feature stainless steel appliances and solid-surface countertops with wood-style LVT flooring throughout the living areas. In addition, the project earned a LEED® Platinum certification.

Marlow earned LEED® Platinum certification and holds sustainability in high regard. Some of its most recognizable sustainable elements include low-flow plumbing fixtures, EnergyStar® appliances, and the use of regionally sourced materials.
