This 156-unit market-rate housing community was constructed for an affiliate of repeat-client RMS Development Group. This four-story, wood-framed apartment building includes three elevators and a concrete underground parking garage. The Evergreens offers its residents 25 one-bedroom, 37 one-bedroom with den, 57 two-bedroom, and 37 two-bedroom with den apartments. Individual residences feature nine-foot ceilings, maple kitchen cabinets, and sunrooms or balconies. Community amenities include a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, business center, greenhouse, and putting green.
