Emerson Lakes Phase 1A

Emerson Lakes Phase 1A is a 319-unit independent living community located in the master-planned Lakewood Ranch development. The first of three phases, Phase 1A comprises three five-story block-and-plank over one-story podium buildings with tuck-under parking. Luxury amenities will include two commercial kitchens, a pool and pool deck, and a restaurant with indoor and outdoor space. The project scope also includes the mass grading for Phase B and the construction of Emerson Lakes Drive, which will circle the property.
