Clark Realty Builders Starts The Evergreens at Columbia Town Center in Maryland
COLUMBIA, Md. — Clark Realty Builders (CRB)*, Bethesda, Md., recently broke ground on The Evergreens at Columbia Town Center in Columbia, Md. CRB is constructing the 156-unit, active adult, market-rate housing community for an affiliate of repeat-client RMJ Development Group, LLC of McLean, Va. The first apartments will be available for occupancy in early 2005.

Designed by Hord, Coplan & Macht of Baltimore, Md., the four-story, wood-framed residential building includes three elevators and a concrete, underground parking garage. Floor plans include 25 one-bedroom apartments, 37 one-bedroom apartments with den, 57 two-bedroom apartments, and 37 two-bedroom apartments with dens.
Individual residences average over 1,025 square feet and include nine-foot ceilings, maple kitchen cabinets, washers/dryers, and sunrooms or balconies. Residents will enjoy access to a clubhouse, fitness center, pool, business center, greenhouse, and golf putting green.
The Evergreens at Columbia Town Center is located near Route 29 and adjacent to the Mall in Columbia.
