It is located within the Oaklands Corporate Center on a previously unbalanced 13-acre site; the team imported over 60,000 cubic yards of structural fill to raise the site's southern half and installed geopiers under three buildings for foundational reinforcement. J Creekside's extensive amenity package includes a large club room with a hanging gas fireplace, fitness and yoga rooms, conference room, kids playroom, and a large courtyard with pool, gas grills, and firepits. J Creekside at Exton also offers 505 surface parking spaces, including several tuck-under building garages and detached garages.
