The Elms at Century is comprised of one-, two-, and three-bedroom units across five garden-style buildings. Individual apartments feature high-end cabinetry, appliances, and balcony views and are available in walk-up and loft configurations. The amenity-rich community offers residents a basketball court, yoga area, swimming pool, clubroom, fitness room, and running trails.

The Elms at Century's apartments feature EnergyStar® light fixtures; low VOC paints, adhesives, mastics, and glue; and low-flow plumbing fixtures. The walkable community also offers bike storage racks for its residents.
