The four-story building wraps around a precast parking garage and consists of 17,000 square feet of indoor amenity space plus studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments with gourmet kitchens, balconies, and washer/dryer mudrooms. Atlee Square is targeting Green Globe certification via several energy-efficient features, including nearly two acres of exterior amenity space and walkability to several retailers and restaurants within the adjacent Oxford Valley Mall.
