Six-Story, 320-Unit Luxury Apartment Community with Amenities

The Smith is a six-story community with an eight-story precast parking garage in The Village at Valley Forge development. Comprised of five stories of wood-frame with a one-story podium, the community offers residents 320 studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments. Amenities include a coffee bar, package concierge, game and dining rooms, business and fitness centers, dog wash, pool, outdoor courtyards, and a sky lounge on the sixth floor with a panoramic view of The Village at Valley Forge. Luxury finishes in the amenity spaces include hardwood floors and quartz countertops while units feature GE stainless steel appliances and chrome fixtures.
