Replacing a one-story office building, the project features five stories of wood framing over a podium and wraps a seven-story above-grade precast parking garage. The community offers a mix of standard units and premium units with upgraded kitchens, and its amenities include a first-floor workspace, fitness center, and courtyard with a pool plus a sky lounge with an indoor kitchen and outdoor patio on the top floor. The project is also located minutes from the Innovation Center station on the Metro's Silver Line.
