The Maxwell includes 163 market-rate apartments across six floors with 2,200 square feet of ground-floor retail and three levels of below-grade parking. The community is located on a tight site at the intersection of Glebe Road and Carlin Springs Road in Arlington, Virginia. The Maxwell is certified LEED® Gold and features a lounge, a courtyard with grills and fire pit, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.

Building Green at The Maxwell
Certified LEED® Gold, The Maxwell includes sustainable features such as a TPO roof to reduce the heat island effect, brownfield redevelopment, water-efficient landscaping, designating at least 35 percent of its electricity to come from renewable sources, and included a construction waste plan that diverts 75 percent of waste to recycling facilities. The community's location is within walking distance to the Ballston metro station, promoting public and pedestrian transportation.
