CBG built this 175-unit luxury apartment community as part of the Oyster Point Town Center for Oyster Point Residential, LLC, of Virginia Beach. Designed by CMSS Architects, the community includes two four-story, wood-framed residential buildings with elevators. Floor plans are divided among 64 one-bedroom, 92 two-bedroom, and 18 three-bedroom units. Individual apartments average 1,150 square feet and feature high-speed Internet access, washer/dryers, and kitchens with oversized cabinets. Residents can enjoy waterfront views as well as access to a pool, business center, and clubhouse with billiards room, and fitness center. Private covered parking and retail space are also available.
