The project is located just a few blocks from Tysons Corner shopping mall, within walking distance of the new Metro station, and near the Dulles toll road. Park Crest's high-end apartment finishes include stone kitchen countertops, quartz bathroom counters, and hardwood flooring. In addition to an extensive amenity area, the project also includes a courtyard pool, patio area with bocce ball court and fireplace, dog park, and water park. Ovation at Park Crest shares an underground parking garage with Park Crest I, an adjacent condominium building.

Architect: Lessard Design

Completion: December 2014

"Ovation at Park Crest is truly a groundbreaking endeavor, and one of which we are incredibly proud to deliver [...]. The increasing market demand for high-end, green residences provided us the opportunity to deliver a community that is an outstanding example of commitment to quality design, engineering and functionality. As architects we are most proud of the design and functionality; however we find ourselves awed by the many remarkable engineering marvels that were used to make this the highest performing multifamily building in the area. We can rest assured that the work we all collectively did will remain relevant and vital in Tysons Corner as it evolves through the 21st century."
