Clark Builders Group Breaks Ground on Luxury Apartment Tower in Tysons Corner

MCLEAN, Va.—On Monday Clark Builders Group (CBG) began construction on Two Park Crest, a $65.5 million project scheduled for completion in February 2014 in the burgeoning Park Crest development at Tysons Corner. The Owner selected CBG as the general contractor for the luxury high rise, which will feature 300 units and many top-notch amenities across more than 346,000 square feet of residential space.

"We look forward to the successful completion of this first new residential high-rise in Tysons Corner," said Mark W. Gregg, partner at PDT Builders.

The building's 19 stories include unit floor plans ranging from studios to two-bedrooms with den. Each unit will feature luxurious finishes in both contemporary and classic design styles such as stone and quartz counters and hardwood flooring throughout. The project's extensive amenities will mirror apartments' quality finishes with a cyber cafe, lounge area, and fitness center indoors to complement an outdoor swimming pool, dog park, fire pit, bocce court, and expansive water park.

Lessard Design will join Clark Builders Group to bring Two Park Crest to this bustling Northern Virginia location. The high rise will be situated just steps away from Tysons Corner, the area's premier shopping and dining location, and at a major transportation hub that accesses the Dulles toll road, Ronald Reagan National and Washington Dulles International Airports, and the ongoing Washington, DC metro expansion.

Two Park Crest is designed to receive LEED Silver certification and will be the second tower in the Park Crest development. Several other residential buildings in various stages of completion will be joining Two Park Crest and One Park Crest. At its completion, the entire Tysons Corner development will contain more than 1,300 luxury units available for rent and purchase.
