J Rivelle offers 11,444 SF of retail space and 9,745 SF of luxury amenities including a fitness center, pet spa, bike storage, fourth-floor landscaped patio, and an expansive rooftop terrace with greenery, a pool, and unmatched views of the Potomac River and Georgetown waterfront. Located one block from the Rosslyn Metro Station, the transit-oriented and highly walkable community is proximate to numerous restaurants, retailers, and attractions.

- Partnered with East Coast Rigging and Scaffolding to engineer a custom cantilevered scaffold 250 feet above grade, navigating a seismic joint to access the project’s amenity bridge.
- Collaborated on a specialized three-day installation of a suspended platform, providing a stable, secure workspace for finishing trades at extreme heights.
- Managed a phased, sectional disassembly with the scaffolding team to ensure the seamless installation of high-end metal soffit panels in areas with zero future access.
