22-Story, LEED® Gold Luxury Residential High-Rise
A stunning addition to the Arlington skyline, J Sol consists of a 22-story post-tension high-rise apartment building over a five-level below-grade parking garage. Its facade is highlighted by a mix of brick veneer, metal panels, and window wall. J Sol is LEED® Gold certified and offers studio, one-, two-bedroom layouts across 326 units. Amenities include a ground-floor plaza with a water feature, rooftop pool, club room, pet spa, and bike storage room. The roof also includes a fitness center and a terrace with outdoor grills and a fire pit, shuffleboard, a giant chess set, hammocks, and several lounge areas.

Green Features
- Incorporated an extensive amount of structural elements including piles, rakers and corner braces in order to excavate within ten feet of the metro tunnel.
- Implemented new products and strategies to increase productivity and deliver on time despite the site’s complexity and COVID-19’s impact.
- Successfully completed virtual inspection amidst COVID-19 restrictions by working closely with the Arlington County Inspection division.
