336-Unit, 17-Story Luxury Community with Above-Grade Parking
Generation Atlanta is a 336-unit market-rate apartment community with 12 residential floors over a five-level cast-in-place parking garage. It features 34 affordable units in partnership with the City of Atlanta. The project features deep foundational construction with auger cast piles and a 380-space open parking deck. Generation Atlanta's amenity and leasing area include a fitness center, clubroom, elevated pool, and rooftop sky deck. A first for the city, the community was constructed using a 3D proprietary light-gauge steel system technology that provided pre-designed and constructed building segments to the construction site for greener and more efficient building. Generation Atlanta is the tallest building to be built with this technology to date.

- Maintained open lines of communication with Atlanta’s key housing authorities from the very early planning stages in order to incorporate design feedback throughout every step of construction.

- Utilized the patented 3D Prescient® technology to construct one of the only 42 Prescient® structures in the US, the only Prescient® structure in Atlanta, and the tallest Prescient® structure to date.
