Fort Lee AIT Barracks
600-Unit LEED® Gold Training Facility and Residential Complex
The Fort Lee AIT Barracks project is a soldiers' basic combat training facility for over 1,200 Army personnel. The complex is a cohesive development, providing both housing and affiliated functions for soldiers in the AIT program. In addition to housing, the facility includes an outdoor jogging track, physical training pits, and access drivers and parking areas that meet USACE requirements. The project's five-story brick buildings meet DoD Minimum Antiterrorism Standards for Buildings and obtained LEED® Gold certification from the US Green Building Council. The Fort Lee project is part of the Northeast Region Multiple Award Task Order Contract (MATOC).
