145-Unit Luxury Condominium Community
CBG constructed this 145-home condominium community by RST Development. Located minutes from a mass-transit Metro station, the 10- and 12-story condominium towers were converted from separate commercial office buildings. Individual residences average 500 to 1,100 SF and feature granite counters, wood floors, and stainless-steel appliances. Community amenities include a clubhouse, a fitness center, and social areas in the common lobby area.

our process
Transformed two abandoned high-rise commercial buildings into owner-occupied residences by constructing a new lobby and common area to connect them.
Added two penthouse floors to the shorter of the two towers and converted the larger tower’s original basement to a parking garage.
