J Linea

Located in DC's Shaw neighborhood, J Linea is a boutique luxury apartment community consisting of 132 units and a penthouse level. The eight-story post-tension concrete project includes 16,000 square feet of street-level retail space and one level of below-grade parking. The design preserves and incorporates the brick facade of the existing building to honor the history of the surrounding neighborhood. J Linea features amenities such as a green roof, a lobby lounge with fireplace, and a state-of-the-art fitness center.
