Moxy Hotel
13-Story LEED® Silver Hotel with Retail
Moxy Hotel is a 13-story hotel community with ground-floor retail and restaurant space located in downtown DC. In addition to 200 guest rooms, the hotel's common areas—which feature exposed concrete and open ceilings—include a rooftop lounge, fitness center, and meeting spaces. CBG preserved and incorporated the existing facade of a historic mansion located at the site into the new construction. The transit-oriented community is in proximity to the Metro Center and Mount Vernon Square Metro stations. The project earned LEED® Silver certification.
