310-Unit, LEED® Certified Mixed-Use Community with Harris Teeter

UrbA is a 310-unit, mixed-use development across from Ballston Quarter in Arlington on a tight site along heavily trafficked Glebe Road. The building comprises two levels of below-grade parking, seven levels of high-end apartments above grade, an amenity-rich clubroom and fitness center, and a shell for Harris Teeter's new urban store. UrbA's luxury apartments will include a mix of studio, one-, and two-bedrooms with high-end finishes and EnergyStar® appliances.

Building Green at UrbA
Targeting LEED® certification, UrbA will feature recycled materials, low-emitting paints and coatings, and water-efficient landscaping among numerous other environmentally friendly design features. The community will feature exterior green walls to offset heat island effect as well as an abundance of electric vehicle charging stations and bicycle racks to encourage alternative methods of transportation.
