Red Lion is a 449-unit multifamily community located on the former site of a hotel in Arlington, Virginia. The eight-story building includes 22 affordable units and comprises five stories of wood framing atop a three-story concrete podium. Two levels of below-grade parking from the hotel will be rehabilitated to supplement additional above-grade parking. Red Lion's 13,300 SF of amenity space includes two elevated courtyards, a golf simulator, coworking spaces, a spa, a sauna, cold plunge tubs, and a pool. The transit-oriented development is within walking distance of the Rosslyn Metro Station and the US Marine Corps War Memorial.
