196-Unit, LEED® Certified Apartment Community with Amenities

UrbA Phase II is a 196-unit apartment building comprising five stories of wood framing atop a three-story concrete podium. The community offers a variety of amenities, including an elevated courtyard, a pool, a dog park, a pet spa, a game room, and a small public park. In addition to one level of below-grade parking for residents, Phase II features additional at-grade parking for customers of the Harris Teeter store on the ground level of Phase I.

Building Green at UrbA Phase II
Designed to achieve LEED® certification, UrbA Phase II offers a number of sustainable features including a green wall to offset the heat island effect, a green roof, and bioretention facilities to assist with stormwater management. The transit-oriented community encourages a car-free lifestyle with its walkable location, ample bike storage, and easy access to the Ballston-MU Metro station.
