The Jameson at Kincora is a 333-unit apartment community comprised of a four-story building and a four-story precast parking garage. The donut-style layout includes an interior split foundation wall spanning the length of the building to allow for walk-out units. The community features ample amenities, such as five courtyards, a swimming pool, fitness center, club room, and rooftop lounge. The project is part of Kincora, a 6.7 million-square-foot mixed-use development with office, retail, hotels, restaurants, and entertainment.
