Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village Phase II consists of two garden-style buildings totaling 76 units. - Worked closely with owner, geotechnical consultant, and site contractor to navigate a large earthwork site that required offsite work and soil manipulation.
- Coordinated with the owner and Spotsylvania County to allow for a phased occupancy to allow for early leasing of the project.
- Assisted Spotsylvania County Code officials with multifamily best practices.
