Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village Phase II consists of two garden-style buildings totaling 76 units. The community features an assortment of one-, two-, and three-bedroom affordable apartments with EnergyStar® appliances and WaterSense plumbing fixtures. Residents have access to communal amenities such as the 24-hour fitness center, clubroom, game room, and large outdoor pool. Surface parking is also provided on site.

Building Green at Orchard Ridge II
Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village Phase II, like Phase I, was designed to meet the 2012 International Energy Conservation Code (IECC) and to utilize efficiency in mechanical and lighting systems. All units' appliances are EnergyStar®-certified and plumbing fixtures are WaterSense-certified. With sidewalks connecting buildings and amenities, both phases of Orchard Ridge at Jackson Village create a walkable community.
