The Enclave at Emerson is a master planned community in Howard County, Maryland that features 1,200 homes, 1.8 million square feet of commercial space, and a 68-acre office park. CBG constructed 164 luxury rental units, including 35 townhomes and 129 apartments, on eight acres of land within the community. All units have high-level finishes and convenient access to five parking garages. Neighborhood amenities include a clubhouse with outdoor fireplace, planned shopping center, and easy access to woods, streams, and recreational facilities.
