The Edge

The Edge is a 15-story, 154-unit apartment community located in downtown Bethesda within walking distance of the Bethesda Metro station. The concrete high-rise sits on a tight site surrounded by occupied buildings, requiring well-coordinated material storage and deliveries. CBG linked The Edge with its neighboring apartment building through an above-grade connection and within the below-grade garage. The project features one-, two-, and three-bedroom units with high-end finishes and amenities such as a fitness center with exercise studio, penthouse dining room, and rooftop lounge and terrace.
