Seven-Story, LEED® Silver Luxury Hotel with Restaurant
The Canal House of Georgetown is a boutique hotel located in Georgetown near the waterfront offering 106 guest rooms and 11 specialty suites outfitted with nine-foot ceilings, custom bathroom vanities, closet units, and elegant light fixtures. The scope of work includes renovating an existing office building and two townhomes into a seven-story hotel comprised of six levels of concrete and one level of metal framing. The two renovated, wood-framed townhomes comprise the hotel's lounge and specialty suites with a concrete wraparound structure creating a private, enclosed courtyard on the ground floor level. The hotel's 6,000 square feet of common areas encompasses a restaurant and lounge on the main floor, fitness center, and meeting spaces.

- Recognized as Marriott’s Millionth Room in the U.S., now operating as a Tribute Hotel with 92 guest rooms, 10 specialty suites, 3 king terrace rooms, and 2 private townhouses.
