Post Park

The Post Park community is a 396-unit apartment complex comprised of nine interconnected buildings surrounding a central concrete parking garage. Building exteriors are mainly brick, fiber cement panels, and siding. Roofing systems are comprised of standing seam, asphalt shingles, and elastomeric membrane roofing (EPDM), depending on the building. Varying from efficiency to two-bedroom unit types, apartments feature high-end finishes such as ceramic tile floors, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. A community clubhouse includes the leasing office, an exercise room, a social room, a business center, and 1750 SF of retail space. Post Park also features a swimming pool and other community amenities on site.
