Pacific Beacon

Pacific Beacon is a first-of-its-kind housing community for single, enlisted sailors in San Diego, built through a public-private partnership with the Department of the Navy. Four 18-story towers create a prominent addition to the city skyline and provide nearly 2,000 sailors with 941 dual-master suite residences. Each residence offers more than 200 times the space available on ship, and includes energy-efficient kitchens, in-suite washers and dryers, light-filled living rooms, and private balconies. Pacific Beacon also features extensive programming and amenities: a rooftop sky terrace with pool and spa, an education center, three fitness centers, two rooftop penthouse game rooms, a multimedia theater, lounges, a WiFi coffee bar, mini-mart, and dry-cleaning valet. Outdoor amenities include an athletic field, running path, basketball and sand volleyball courts, horseshoe pits, BBQ areas, and a courtyard living room.
