Ovation at Arrowbrook is a six-story mixed-use apartment community located near the future Innovation Center Silver Line Metro Station and the Center for Innovative Technology in Herndon, VA. This project consists of 38,000 square feet of community retail and 274 affordable apartments, including 55 three-bedroom units and 15 handicap-accessible units. The community's 38,000 square feet of amenity space houses a fitness center, business center, community rooms, a private interior courtyard, and a precast parking garage. Residents of Ovation can enjoy easy access to the greater Arrowbrook Centre development playgrounds, athletic fields, an outdoor entertainment pavilion, and a dog park.
