Located on the U.S. Army’s Fort Irwin installation in California, Fort Irwin Apartments is a public-private partnership (P3) that combines elements of military and student housing in resort-style living for single and junior-ranking service members. The LEED® Silver, Type V community offers 276 two-bedroom, two-bath units across 23 garden-style buildings. Residents have access to shared amenities—including a clubhouse with TVs, a kitchenette, covered patios with outdoor seating, a pool, covered lounge areas, community mail pavilions, and covered parking—within a walkable community design.
