The Villages at Fort Irwin
807 New Military Homes and 200 Senior Unaccompanied Housing Units
As part of a public-private partnership with the U.S. Army, CBG delivered 807 single-family homes and 200 senior unaccompanied apartments across four newly built neighborhoods for soldiers and their families at The Villages at Fort Irwin. The single-family residences feature spacious great rooms, upgraded kitchens, at least three bedrooms, generous storage, and two-car garages. Community amenities include parks, tot lots, playgrounds, tennis courts, and basketball courts. CBG built 200 apartments as part of the Irwin Town Center, a mixed-use urban village that also introduced 26,000 square feet of retail space.
