Fenton Silver Spring

Fenton Silver Spring is a 124-unit mixed-use community with market-rate and affordable units, retail, and restaurant space. Of Fenton's 124 apartments, 84 serve households earning between 30 to 60 percent of area median income, and 40 serve those earning 80 percent or less of area median income. Indoor and outdoor amenities include a rooftop terrace with a fountain, bike storage, and common gathering spaces. The project abuts an existing building and requires the undergrounding of overhead power and low-voltage lines on two sides of the site. The community achieved LEED® Gold and is also targeting an EnergyStar® certification.
