Developed by True Ground and partially funded by the VHDA, The Sweeney delivers 100 percent affordable housing. Amenities include an outdoor courtyard with BBQs, fitness and wellness rooms, bike storage, indoor and outdoor children's play areas, and a library/lounge. In addition to two levels of below-grade parking, a smaller enclosed parking area sits on the ground level. The community is also conveniently located within walking distance of the Crystal City Metro station and multiple bus routes.
