Elms Shady Grove is a 298-unit multifamily apartment community in Rockville, MD comprised of four five-story, wood-framed buildings. Building One is a split-level slab structure containing 116 units and 1,761 square feet of retail. Building Two is a split-level, slab-on-grade structure with 48 units and 1,194 square feet of amenities—including office, co-working, and fitness areas—plus leasing office space. Buildings Three and Four are also split-level, slab-on-grade structures providing a combined 134 units. The community offers surface parking and a swimming pool in addition to its indoor amenities.
