531 Class A Apartments with Pre-cast Garage

Columbia Town Center's 14 apartment buildings are divided into two main clusters, each wrapped around a multiple-story, pre-cast parking garage. The wood-frame residential buildings are four stories and feature pedestrian bridges on every floor, connecting living and parking levels. The gated community offers a luxury clubhouse with outdoor pool, cardio fitness center, and business center. Individual apartments feature nine-foot ceilings with crown molding and optional gas fireplaces. CBG has worked with Archstone on more than 1,900 multifamily homes in Virginia and Maryland.
