228-Apartment, LEED® Gold Luxury Community with Podium Parking

Bainbridge Federal Hill is a 224-unit apartment community near Baltimore's Inner Harbor. The project consists of five stories of wood framing over three stories of concrete and a three-level below-grade garage. The high-density community offers a rooftop lounge, fitness center, two outdoor landscaped courtyards, and 228 parking spaces. Residents choose from a variety of units, including studio, junior one-bedroom, and two-bedroom with optional den. Bainbridge Federal Hill is located on Key Highway across from Harborview and the Baltimore waterfront. The community achieved LEED® Gold certification.

Building Green at Bainbridge Federal Hill
Bainbridge Federal Hill achieved LEED® Gold certification. The project incorporated a number of sustainable features, including a green roof, access to public transportation, green vehicle spaces, water-efficient landscaping, water-use reduction, energy efficiency, and use of certified wood and environmentally-friendly products.
