Addison Row
321-Unit, Two-Building Community in Master-Planned Development
The first phase of a master-planned development, Addison Row comprises two four-story wood-framed buildings with brick and fiber-cement facades. The 321-unit residential community is a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments atop slab-on-grade with surface parking. In addition to indoor amenities such as a dog wash, fitness center, and lounge, the project includes open space areas and outdoor amenities such as a tot lot and splash pad. Addison Row's expansive 30-acre site was historically used for stockpiling materials for other construction projects; because of this, unforeseen challenges with found materials and existing site conditions required CBG to closely coordinate with geotechnical consultants. Financed by HUD, the development's future phases will include other residential buildings plus a few commercial buildings on an additional five acres.
